The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Adrian L. Simmons, 29, of St. Louis was arrested on a Miner, Mo., warrant for driving while intoxicated.

* Levi M. Asher, 21, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Montrell D. Ferguson, 19, of Charleston, Mo., was arrested on a warrant of commitment.

* Garrett A. Kelso, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Walmart.

* Joshua A. Dieffenbach, 24, of Anna, Ill., was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.

* Robert Pham, 21, of St. Louis was arrested on a warrant of commitment.

* Andrew D. Oxford, 20, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a warrant of commitment.

* Robert K. Sacott, 48, 519 N. Middle St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Debra D. Busby, 20, of Thebes, Ill., Scottie L. Tidwell, 26, of Anniston, Mo., and Amy D. Achter, 28, of Anniston, Mo., were arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Santon M. Rollins, 25, 812 Good Hope St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Michelle R. Oehlert, 24, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on a Perry County warrant for parole violation.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

* A 13-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon.

* Monica V. Brown, 38, 1218 Meadowbrook Lane, was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for bad check.

* Otis Johnson, 31, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for false declaration and indecent exposure.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of property damage and trespassing.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of stealing.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of assault.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of burglary, stealing, property damage and violation of order of protection.

* Debra D. Busby, 20, of Thebes, Ill., was arrested on a warrant.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of failure to return to confinement.

Summonses

* Charles A. Selvy, 17, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for disobeying a lawful police order.

* Joshua L. Faulkner Sr., 36, 2323 Jean Ann Drive, received a summons for failure to maintain property free of litter and trash.

* Adrian M. Brown, 38, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for driving while revoked.

* Sierra L. Irions, 17, 732 Sunset Blvd., received a summons for peace disturbance.

Burglary

* A burglary and the theft of an Xbox, video games, jewelry, checkbook and checks were reported at 233 N. Middle St.

Assaults

* A domestic assault was reported on Nottinham Lane.

* Domestic assault and property damage were reported.

* A cellphone was reported stolen at 1000 S. Silver Springs Road.

* A forgery was reported at 40 S. Sprigg St.

* An iPod Touch was reported stolen at 939 College Hill Place.

* Nip Kelly Construction reported a pipe laser and case stolen at East Cape Rock Drive and Big Bend Road.

* Eclips, 52 S. Plaza Way, reported a hair-cutting set stolen.

* Medication was reported stolen at 919 S. Sprigg St.

* Two incidents of theft of a controlled substance was reported at 2525 Boutin Drive.

* An electronic GPS unit was reported stolen from a vehicle. A suspect was in custody pending the filing of formal charges.

* Theft was reported at 2825 Bloomfield Road.

* Theft was reported at 1937 Delwin St.

* A silver 2001 Oldsmobile Alero was reported stolen at 319 Park Drive.

Property damage

* Grass Roots BMW, 28 S. Spanish St., reported damage to their front door.

* Property damage was reported in the 100 block of North Spanish Street.

* Property damage was reported at 836 S. West End Blvd.

Miscellaneous

* Harassment was reported.

* Violation of an order of protection was reported.

* A violation of an order of protection was reported.

* A report was forwarded to the prosecutor of hindering prosecution.

* Two juveniles were released to their parents after being cited into juvenile court for curfew violations.

* A report of endangering the welfare of a child was forwarded to Division of Family Services and the prosecutor.

* A peace disturbance was reported at 327 S. Hanover St.

* Angela N. Vaughan, 32, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Mary A. Duran, 23, of Oak Ridge was arrested on suspicion of operating motor vehicle without a valid license.

* Elisha J. Davis, 47, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Megan N. Mayfield, 20, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and a Bollinger County warrant for hindering prosecution.

* Iain R. Long, 32, of Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on a Bollinger County warrant for failure to obey judge's orders on driving while intoxicated and driving while revoked.

* Latasha D. Faries, 33, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Madison County warrant for exceeding posted speed limit.

* Anthony E. Gresham, 26, of Jackson was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay fines for trespassing.

* Donald R. Wilson, 41, of Millersville, Mo., was arrested on a Bollinger County warrant for failure to obey judge's orders on driving while intoxicated.

* Anthony M. Buro, 35, of Jackson was arrested on a Kirkwood, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for traffic offense of exceeding speed limit.

* Kristin E. Johnson, 20, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for theft.
