The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Randall D. Brown, 48, 412 North St., was arrested on a charge of domestic assault.

* Travis S. Turner, 29, of Scott City was arrested on a Chaffee, Mo., warrant for failure to appear.

* Tonya A. Richards, 46, 119 E. Cape Rock Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court for a leash law violation.

Burglary

* A first-degree burglary and domestic assault was reported.

Assault

* An assault was reported at 26 N. Main St.

* A domestic assault was reported.

* Assault was reported.

Thefts

* A license plate was reported stolen at 1104 Themis St.

* Shell D-Mart, 3415 William St., reported the theft of gasoline.

* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported theft of gasoline.

* Stealing was reported.

* Property damage and stealing were reported.

Property damage

* Walmart, 3439 William St., reported carts damaged.

* A windshield was reported broken at 922 Jefferson Ave.

* A sign was reported damaged at Jefferson Elementary School, 510 S. Minnesota Ave.

* A truck was reported damaged by spray paint at 508 Koch Ave.

* Property damage was reported.

Miscellaneous

* A 39-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* Interference with custody was reported.

* Failure to return to confinement was reported.

* A 23-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.
