The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* Julius W. Gant, 38, 129 S. Louisiana Ave. was arrested on suspicion of burglary and property damage.
* Shanna K. Farris, 26, 3002 Themis St., No. 3, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.
* J.P. Whittle, 27, 3002 Themis St., No. 3, was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance.
* Shannon P. Babers, 25, of Benton, Mo., was arrested on five Cape Girardeau County warrants for probation violation for burglary, driving while revoked, possession of a controlled substance and stealing.
* Zachary Ricks, 29, 608 Sycamore St., No. 2, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for no operator's license.
* Raynisha Lasha Jones, 20, 809 Ranney Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for assault.
* A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for driving vehicles in a park.
* Chelsea L. Bess, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for following too close and failure to provide proof of insurance.
* Michael D. Carnel, no age given, of Sikeston, Mo., was issued a summons for running a red light.
* Emily A. Hook, no age given, of Washington, Mo., was issued a summons for following too close.
* Burglary and the theft of two televisions were reported at 807 Maple St.
* Burglary, the theft of copper wire and damage to a coin box on a washer and dryer were reported at 735 William St.
* Theft of copper wire, a safety belt, cling hooks, safety straps, chain saw and gas drill and damage to a lock were reported at North Mount Auburn Road and North Kingshighway.
* Enterprise Rent-A-Car reported a 2014 Ford Focus stolen at 2837 Themis St.
* A 1977 Harley Davidson Sportster motorcycle was reported stolen on South Louisiana Avenue.
* A car stereo and windshield defroster were reported stolen at 127 Siemers Drive.
* AM PM Convenience Store, 1101 William St., reported candy stolen.
* A push mower was reported stolen at 1104 William St.
* Graffiti on walls was reported on Cape Meadows Circle.
* A tire was reported damaged on North Middle Street.
* A windshield was reported broken at 19 N. Spanish St.
* Robbery was reported.
* A 29-year-old-man was taken into protective custody.
* Driving while revoked was reported.
