The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of peace disturbance and being a runaway.

* An 11-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of assault.

* A 13-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of peace disturbance.

* A 13-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of truancy.

* A 12-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of truancy.

* A 14-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon.

* Rozell Edwards, 41, of Tamms, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for driving while revoked.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of statutory rape.

* Eric S. Williams, 25, 2826 Whitener St., Apt. 3, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for following too close.

* Richard O. Jenkins, 39, 1907 Marietta St., was arrested on Dunklin County, Mo., warrants for failure to appear for burglary and larceny.

* Tiffany M. Franklin, 20, 45 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for a sex offense.

* Aaron Davis, Jr., 57, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing and on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for nonsupport.

Summons

* Cathy J. Price, 53, of Mounds, Ill., received a summons for stealing at Walmart, 3439 William St.

Burglaries

* A burglary and the theft of a television were reported at 2755 Lynwood Hills Drive.

* A burglary, theft and property damage were reported at 832 S. Kingshighway.

Thefts

* Missouri license plates were reported stolen at 117 N. Main St.

* A makeup kit, car kit and CDs were reported stolen at 1103 N. Frederick St.

* Money was reported stolen at 3120 Beaver Creek Drive.

* A 1999 white Chevrolet Lumina was reported stolen at Henderson Avenue and Good Hope Street.

* Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen.

* Hucks, 353 S. Kingshighway, reported gasoline stolen.

* Assorted jewelry was reported stolen at 3916 Granite Drive.

* Kidds, 103 N. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.

* Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg St., reported fuel stolen.

* A credit device was reported stolen at 612 S. Sprigg St.

Miscellaneous

* Failure to yield to an emergency vehicle was reported.

* Tampering with a motor vehicle was reported.

* A 30-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.
