The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Douglas W. Guyton, 21, of Hayti, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for suspended operator's license, on two Scott County warrants for failure to register a motor vehicle and a Perry County warrant for dangerous drugs.

* Carrie L. Bell, 26, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Kmart, 11 S. Kingshighway.

* Terry W. Sutterer, 52, 1005 Good Hope St., was arrested on suspicion of peace disturbance.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of assault.

* Lauren A. Lafferty, 19, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Kohls, 315 Shirley Drive.

* A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of stealing at Kohls, 315 Shirley Drive.

* Latroy L. McIntosh, 29, 2833 Themis St., Apt. 3, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Justin E. King, no age given, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for driving while revoked.

* Davis E. Stillman, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a warrant for trespassing.

* Ray Charles Hicks, no age given, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., was arrested on warrants for parole violation for dangerous drugs.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of fraudulent use of a credit device.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of assault.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of possession of an imitation controlled substance.

* Dana N. Odum, 38, of Essex, Mo., received a summons for stealing at Walmart, 3439 William St.

* Alice D. Eaker, 48, of Cape Girardeau received a summons for assault.
