The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* Kevin R. Craft, 25, of Jackson was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated and driving while suspended.
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of concealment of contraband.
* Dennis L. Williams, 34, 2023 Brink Ave., was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia.
* Tracey D. Marshall, 40, no address given, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for stealing.
* Lee H. Davis, 23, 405 S. Hanover St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for assault.
* Sierra R. Flannigan, 19, 615 Sycamore St., was arrested on a Doniphan, Mo., warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia.
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of resisting/interfering with arrest.
* Justin L. Pinkerton, 19, of Jackson was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear and a Sikeston, Mo., warrant for failure to appear.
* Freddie L. Dunkins, 30, 525 S. Sprigg St., No. 4, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
* Heather L. Lipps, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for red-light violation.
* Renada N. Rose, 33, 1900 Independence St., was issued a summons for assault.
* William A. Brown, 17, 106 Edgewood Drive, was issued a summons and cited into juvenile court for shoplifting at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
* Xiao X. Sun, no age given, 903 Bellevue St., Apt. 3W, was issued a summons for improper lane change.
* Bryan J. Parker, no age given, 1214 Perryville Road, was issued a summons for failure to stop at a steady red signal, leaving the scene of an accident, no insurance and driving while suspended.
* Skylights and a garage door window were reported damaged at 1900 Independence St.
* Property damage was reported at 2843 Whitener St.
* A vehicle fender was reported damaged at 19 S. Kingshighway.
* A toolbox and tools were reported stolen at North Pind Wood Lane and Whitener Street.
* Assault was reported at 501 S. Kingshighway.
* A 38-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.
* Harassment was reported.
* Forgery was reported.
* Violation of order of protection was reported.
* A 57-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.
