The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of false declaration.

* Derrick J. Ayers, 19, 917 William St., Apt. 7, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for probation violation and failure to appear for being a minor in possession of alcohol.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of resisting arrest, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and littering.

* Eric D. McKinley, 31, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of tampering.

* William E. Adams, 48, 21 N. Hanover St., was arrested on a Union County warrant for failure to appear for driving under the influence.

* Shannon R. Mungle, 49, 307 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia with intent.

Assault

* Domestic assault was reported.

* Domestic assault was reported.

* Assault was reported.

Robbery

* Robbery and armed criminal action were reported.

Thefts

* Various clothing items, currency, a gym bag and medications were reported stolen at Rust Avenue and Minnesota Street.

* A license plate was reported stolen at 529 S. Hanover St.

* Bi-State, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported fuel stolen.

Property damage

* Damage to vehicle tires was reported at 1114 West Mount Drive.

Miscellaneous

* A 50-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
