The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Mitchell R. Brake, 58, 1408 N. Main St., Apt. B, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to signal.

Arrests

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of theft and possession of marijuana.

* Rebecca M. Martin, 27, 836 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.

* Bailey L. Taylor, no age given, 503 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of theft, possession of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

* Robert E. Lee Meyers, 37, 1119 Good Hope St., was arrested on a Jefferson County, Mo., warrant for failure to appear and arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of theft, tampering with evidence and no operator's license.

Summonses

* Jonathan C. Pan, no age given, 33 N. Water St., was issued a summons for failure to yield.

* Cassandra M. Ilsas, no age given, 1706 Bloomfield St., was issued a summons for failure to yield.

* Shalon L. Baker, 33, of Sikeston, Mo., was issued a summons for allowing tree limbs to accumulate on property and failure to repair or demolish burned garbage.

Assaults

* Domestic assault and property damage were reported.

Burglary

* Burglary and theft of a bed spread, camera, firearms and jewelry were reported at 1943 Belleridge Pike.

Thefts

* Rhodes 101, 1621 N. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.

* Theft of a dog was reported at 1023 N. Frederick St.

Property damage

* Property damage and unlawful use a weapon was reported.

Miscellaneous

* Request for service was reported.

* A 22-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
