The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Eric Dennis McKinley, 30, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Amanda Dawn Payne, 20, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* William Charlie Foote, 34, Aspen Drive, No. 3, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana, Xanax and drug paraphernalia.

* A suspect was in custody pending charges of stealing.

* Jamie Ann Zeigler, 34, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on a Perry County warrant for a probation violation.

* Daniel William Hatch, 20, of Florissant, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol and for a stop sign violation.

* A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for a curfew violation, failure to have a license and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Kristen E. Miller, 22, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation.

Summons

* Matthew F. Hunter, age not given, of Portageville, Mo., received a summons for stealing an OtterBox from Walmart, 3439 William Street.

Burglary

* Club Alexander's of Cape, 433 S. Sprigg St., reported a cash register drawer and money stolen.

Thefts

* A purse was reported stolen at 1860 Marietta St.

* Huck's, 353 S. Kingshighway, reported money stolen.

* Propane tanks were reported stolen at 201 S. Silver Springs Road.

* A guitar and power cord were reported stolen at 117 Independence St.

* Rhodes 101, 1125 N. Sprigg St., reported fuel stolen.

* El Torero, 2120 William St., reported shelving stolen.

* Prescription drugs were reported stolen at 1303 Brenda Kay Court.

* BiState, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported fuel stolen.

* Stealing/fraudulent use of a credit device was reported.

* Identity theft was reported.

Property damage

* A truck's windshield was reported broken on Minnesota Avenue.

* A bicycle was reported damaged at 1520 E. Riverside Drive.

* A vehicle's hood was reported damaged at 476 Green Acres Drive.

* A front door was reported damaged at 801 S. Pacific St.

Miscellaneous

* A 41-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.

* A 49-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
