The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Darrell E. Shiner, 29, St. Louis was arrested on a St. Charles, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for expired license plates.

* Matthew J. Frederick, 35, 1504 N. Henderson Ave., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.

* Kristy L. Burton, 34, 422 Bellevue St., Apt C, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for larceny.

* Derrick D. Lundmark, 24, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for no operator's license.

* Heather N. Davis, 21, of Olive Branch, Ill., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for probation violation.

* Michael J. Weitzel, 18, Dearmont D304, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for being a minor in possession of alcohol.

* Jonathan C. Chapman, 22, of Cordova, Tenn., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Steven J. Creamer, 49, of St. Louis was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest.

* Brandon T. Coleman, 18, 2857 Themis St., was arrested on a warrant for domestic assault.

Summonses

* Ronald D. Yancey, 43, of Jackson was issued a summons for violating property maintenance codes.

* Henry Hawkins, 17, 2010 Brink Ave., was issued a summons for stealing.

* Lonnie J. Robbins, 48, of Dexter, Mo., was issued a summons for stealing at Walmart, 3429 William St.

* Cameron M. Swarts, 18, 360 Dearmont Circle, room 302, was issued a summons for being a minor in possession of alcohol and being a minor in possession of alcohol by consumption in public.

* Janice F. Walton, 50, 2830 Independence St., was issued a summons for peace disturbance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Vivian V. Smith, 38, 1805 N. Main St., was issued a summons for peace disturbance.

* Julio C. Estevez-Garcia, 22, 3003 Themis St., was issued a summons for driving without a valid license and no headlights.

* A sign and door were reported damaged and a television, digital camera and computer monitor were reported stolen at Ferrell Mobile Homes, 890 S. Kingshighway.

* The city of Cape Girardeau reported aluminum wire stolen at 401 Independence St.

* Theft was reported at 620 S. Henderson Ave.

* Theft was reported at 426 Bellevue St.

* Theft was reported at 1354 N. Mount Auburn Road.

* Theft was reported at 536 Broadway.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported at Marathon Benefits Group, 325 S. Kingshighway.

* Property damage was reported at 40 S. Sprigg St.

Miscellaneous

* A 29 year-old-woman was taken into protective custody.

* Identity theft was reported.

* A counterfeit bill was reported.

* Request for service was reported.

The Department of Public Safety released the following item.

DWI

* Darnell E. Shelby, 21, 2225 Earleen Drive, was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated.
