The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests Linda Scott of 408 S. Hanover, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on a Sikeston, Mo., warrant for contempt of court.

Mary Cortez of 422 Bellevue, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Monday on a Mississippi County warrant for failure to appear.

Burglaries

A burglary was reported Monday at 1098 Linden, Apt. 7. A computer was reported stolen.

A burglary was reported Monday at Semo Roofing and Remodeling, 201 S. Lorimier. An air tank was reported stolen.

Theft

Money was reported stolen Monday by Security Finance, 75 S. Plaza Way.Property damage

Paint was reported damaged Monday at the Sunny Hill Pet Center, 335 S. Christine.

Miscellaneous

A 14-year-old was reported as a runaway Sunday.Jackson

DWIs

John Acord, 37, of 160 Campanula Lane, Jackson, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Derrick Sander, 29, of 2823 State Highway E, Scott City, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.

Teresa Burke, 29, of 2812 Hilltop Drive, Jackson, was arrested Friday on a Carter County warrant.

Jacky Gray, 34, of 250 S. Union Ave., Jackson, was arrested Saturday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for bond revocation.

James Revell, 28, of 511 Louis St., Vanduser, Mo., was arrested Saturday on a Perry County warrant for probation violation.Summonses

Jason Johnson, 29, of 303 Emma, Jackson, was issued a summons Friday on suspicion of failure to register a vehicle.

Michael Jones, 22, of Star View Trailer Court, Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons Saturday on suspicion of no valid driver's license and failure to stop for a red light.

Brian Yamnitz, 23, of 636 E. Jefferson, Jackson, was issued a summons Sunday on suspicion of failure to register a motor vehicle.

Todd Conklin, 27, of 1307 Woodland Drive, Jackson, was issued a summons Sunday on suspicion of operating an all-terrain vehicle on the roadway.

A burglary was reported Thursday in the 100 block of East Madison Street.

A theft was reported Thursday in the 1300 block of Old Cape Road.

A video was reported stolen Sunday in the 1000 block of Anna Street.Domestic disputes

A domestic dispute was reported Saturday in the 200 block of South Union Avenue.

A domestic dispute was reported Sunday in the 500 block of North Hope Street.

Property damage

A mailbox was reported damaged Friday in the 1400 block of Briarwood.

An anhydrous tank was reported damaged Saturday in the 700 block of South Hope Street.

Miscellaneous

A check was reported stolen Friday in the 1300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

A request to check on the well-being of a person in the 300 block of South Ohio was made Saturday.
