DWIs

Juan S. Lopez of 720 Market, Apt. A., Ste. Genevieve, Mo., was arrested Friday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

A person was placed in custody Sunday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated at the intersection of Spanish and Independence. Arrests

Kenneth F. Rush, 46, of 420 Cross, Cairo, Ill., was arrested Friday on a warrant for failure to appear.

Jason E. Ruebel, 22, of 1509 County Road 440, Jackson, was arrested Saturday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.

A person was taken into custody Sunday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance at the intersection of Themis and Spanish.

Michael Pratt, 22, of 510 Washington was arrested Sunday on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear in court.

Dareme Tipler, 24, of Charleston, Mo., was arrested Sunday on a Sikeston, Mo. warrant for contempt of court.

A person was placed in custody pending formal charges for resisting arrest Sunday in the 200 block of S. Henderson.

Summonses

Keisha N. McGee, 20, of 230 Thrush, Sikeston, Mo., received two summonses Friday on suspicion of stealing.

Laura E. Ray, 19, of 825 Anderson, Sikeston, Mo., received a summons Friday on suspicion of stealing.

Gabriel M. Austin, 20, of 1744 Themis, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Friday for being a minor in possession of alcohol.

Mark A. Musselman, 42, of 324 S. Lorimier, Apt. B, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Friday for trespassing and a peace disturbance.Assault

An assault was reported Friday at 19 S. Kingshighway.

Thefts

Lawn ornaments were reported stolen Friday by The Furniture Garden at 18 N. Sprigg.

A stereo was reported stolen Friday at 45 S. West End Blvd.

A green 1979 Lincoln Town Car, bearing license plates 761-EJJ, was reported stolen Saturday at 2126 Independence.

Money was reported stolen Saturday from Goody's at 308 Siemers.

Gasoline was reported stolen Saturday from Citco Gas Staion, 263 Farrar.

Food was reported stolen Sunday at Bel Air Bar, 24 S. Spanish.

A burglary was reported Saturday at 2810 Whitener. Electronic equipment was reported taken.
