* A subject was in custody pending filling of formal charges for suspicion of driving while intoxicated and driving while revoked.
Arrests
* Annette M. Higdon, 27, of Blodgett, Mo., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for no valid operator's license.
* Travis D. Ray, 20, of 715 S. Pacific St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fine for driving while intoxicated and failure to pay fine for speeding.
* Sammy E. Phillips, 44, of 1219 Ranney St., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay fine for a revoked operator's license and contempt of court for failure to pay fine for no insurance.
* Donald L. Williams, 36, of 321 Albert St., was arrested on Cape Girardeau County warrants for assault and marijuana possession.
* Seville Bell III, 20, of Sprigg Street, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for peace disturbance.
Summonses
* Shawn E. Barnes, 34, of Fredericktown, Mo., received a summons for prohibited acts, noise.
* David C. Metzger, 22, of 1710 N. Sprigg St., No. 312, received a summons for prohibited acts, noise.
* Joseph N. Harp, 17, of Benton, Mo., received a summons for prohibited acts, noise.
* Amy J. Stoffregen, 25, of 635 Charles St., received a summons for a leash law violation.
Thefts
* The Cape Girardeau Public Library, 711 N. Clark Ave., reported the theft of compact disc sets and a DVD set. Benjamin K. Ashauer, 23, of 902 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on suspicion of theft in connection with the complaint.
Property damage
* Best Buy, 3026 William St., reported damage to the store's anti-theft system.

* Garret C. Fink, 26, of 117 N. Shawnee Ave., Apt. A, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked, failure to maintain insurance and probation violation.
Thefts
* A theft was reported in the 100 block of West Main Street.
Miscellaneous
* A violation of a court order was reported in the 1200 block of Brandom Street.
* A peace disturbance was reported in the 900 block of West Independence Street.
