The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI Leland Ray Whitaker, 36, of Piedmont, Mo., was arrested early Sunday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

Clinton James Foor, 24, of 1222 N. Spanish St., Cape Girardeau, was arrested Saturday on suspicion of attempting to manufacture methamphetamine, possession of chemicals with intent to manufacture methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine paraphernalia with intent to manufacture and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Billy Wayne Bierschwal, 34, of 599 Timon Way, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.

James Alan Furr, 37, of 297 E St., Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, possession of a controlled substance (Xanax), possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of ephedrine with intent to distribute.Assault

An assault was reported Monday.

Burglary

A burglary and property damage were reported Sunday at 146 S. Lorimier St. Nothing was taken.

A Playstation and games were reported stolen in a burglary Sunday at 1210 S. Sprigg St.

Theft

A purse and contents were reported stolen Sunday at 133 Water St.

A cell phone was reported stolen Monday.Property damage

A vehicle was reported damaged Sunday at North Clark and Thilenius.

Miscellaneous

Bicycles were reported found Sunday at 1104 S. Sprigg St.
