Arrests
James Daniel Summers, 22, of 530 S. Pacific, was arrested Sunday on a Scott City warrant for failure to appear.
Audrey Damone Carter, 26, of 412 North St., was arrested Monday for failure to stop, driving while suspending, fleeing in a vehicle, careless and imprudent driving, leaving the scene of an accident, no proof of insurance, no front license plate and no seatbelt.
Jeremy Wayne Britt, 19, of 124 Henderson, Apt. 3, was arrested Monday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for parole violation.
Summonses
Jason A. Campbell, 23, of 1941 Delwin, Apt. 3, was issued a summons Sunday by the Department of Public Safety at Southeast Missouri State University on suspicion of disturbing the peace.
Latisha M. Woods of 7 N. Park was issued a summons Sunday on suspicion of striking a legally parked vehicle.
Assaults
An assault was reported Monday.
A domestic assault was reported Monday.
Assault and unlawful use of a weapon was reported Sunday.
A suspect was taken into custody Monday pending filing of formal assault charges.

Thefts
Rolls of concrete mesh wire were reported stolen Sunday to the Department of Public Safety at Southeast Missouri State University at 1403 N. Sprigg.
A tire and rim were reported stolen Monday at 918 Linden.
Cash was reported stolen Monday at 400 Morgan Oak.
Medication was reported stolen Monday at 211 St. Francis Drive.
A computer was reported stolen Monday at 2349 Broadway.
A CD player and CDs were reported stolen Sunday at 404 Bellevue.
A purse, medication, cash and jewelry were reported stolen Sunday on Hanover Street.
A microwave, TV, VCR and computer system were reported stolen Sunday at 1029 S. Ellis.
Gasoline was reported stolen Monday at 3276 William.
n. Theft was reported Sunday at 301 Hillcrest.
Burglary
A burglary was reported Monday.
Property Damage
Property damage was reported Sunday at 339 S. Lorimier.
Miscellaneous
Forgery and fraudulent use of a credit device was reported Monday at 11 S. Kingshighway.
A curfew violation was reported Monday.
A 25-year-old male was taken into protective custody Monday.
A 13-year-old female juvenile was cited in juvenile court Monday for tampering with a vehicle.
A 13-year-old female juvenile was cited in juvenile court Sunday for careless and imprudent driving, a stop sign violation, no driver's license and no seat belt.

DWI
Curtis L. Smith, 39, of 125 N. Neal St., was issued a summons Friday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving while suspended and improper lane usage.
Kristyna Beine, 19, of 405 N. Shawnee, was issued a summons Sunday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and speeding.
Stacey Stirts, 31, of 1207 E. Main, was issued a summons Sunday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and no license plate light.
Thefts
Theft was reported Friday at 981 E. Main St.
