The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI Brent H. Anderson, 22, of 1216 Broadway, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Arrests Howard H. Smith, 29, of 20 N. Pindwood, Apt. 5, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of forgery, speeding, operating a motor vehicle without a valid license and insurance.
Assaults An assault was reported Tuesday to the Cape Girardeau Police Department.
A 15-year-old male was cited to juvenile court Tuesday for assault, being incorrigible, truancy, and delinquency.

Thefts A Missouri license plate was reported stolen Wednesday at 535 S. Frederick.
A camera was reported stolen Wednesday at 3102 Blattner.
Jewelry was reported stolen Wednesday at 211 St. Francis.
Property Damage Crosswalk sign boxes and a pushbutton box for a crosswalk were reported damaged Tuesday at Sprigg and Morgan Oak.
A sign was reported damaged Tuesday by Stage One Hair School at 1810 E. Plaza Way.

Recovered runaway 14-year-old female.
