ArrestsDonald Keith Mitchell, 40, of 530 Rear S. Frederick, was arrested Sunday for operating a vehicle with a revoked license.

Jerry Wayne Hoffman, 46, of 10 N. Ellis was arrested Sunday for possession of methamphetamine.

William R. Crass, 19, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested Sunday on a Perry County warrant for failing to appear in court.

Charles Eric DePauw, 18, of 911 Hickory, was arrested Sunday on a Cape Girardeau municipal warrant for failing to appear in court.

Sonja Nicole Riggins, 25, of 821 N. Main, was arrested Sunday for stealing clothes at JCPenney.

Nickie Jerome Cain, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested Sunday on a Cape Girardeau municipal warrant for failing to appear in court.
