The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Beverly Norlice Jones, 47, 318 Mill St., was arrested on a Sikeston, Mo., warrant for contempt of court for failure to appear for a driving with a revoked license and a Poplar Bluff, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for shoplifting.

* Christopher Lee Robbins, 30, 526 Boxwood Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation.

* Clarence E. Matthews, 52, 2842 Independence St., was arrested on four Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for no operator's license, no motorcycle license, improper registration and no financial responsibility.

* A subject is in custody pending filing of formal charges of theft at 121 S. Sprigg St.

* A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

* A subject is in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance and a being minor in possession.

Summonses

* Steven William Lacy, 34, of Dexter, Mo., received two summonses for failure to maintain property free of trash and litter.

* Keith Alan Roller, 45, 2068 Sussex Drive, received a summons for a leash-law violation.

Assaults

* A domestic assault was reported.

* A subject is in custody pending filing of formal charges on suspicion of domestic assault.

Thefts

* Food, a cell phone and cell phone card were reported stolen at 107 N. Clark Ave.

* A wallet was reported stolen at 202 Siemers Drive.

Property damage

* A driver's door mirror was reported damaged at 2136 William St.

Miscellaneous

* Harassment was reported.

* Trespassing was reported.

* A 43-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* Identity theft was reported.

* Harassment was reported.

* A wallet was found at 40 S. Sprigg St.
