Arrests
* Orlando L. Thomas, 33, of St. Louis was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and cost for stealing.
* Donna P. Smith, 42, of 177 Parkwood Estate, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for failure to affix license plates.
Summons
* Rachel M. Headrick, 34, of 215 Mason St., was issued a summons for leash law violation.
Assault
* Assault was reported at 4 Village Drive. Frederick D. Williams, 20, of 4 Village Drive, Apt. 1, was arrested in connection with the complaint.
Burglaries
* Burglary was reported at 1013 Elm St.
* A subject was released, pending issuance of a summons for burglary, ex parte violation and property damage.
Thefts
* Wood & Huston Bank, 111 S. Broadview St., reported check forgery.
* Rhodes 101 Stop, 2109 William St., reported gasoline stolen.
* A blue bicycle was reported stolen at 1030 S. Pacific St.
* Sams Club, 232 Shirley Drive, reported two computers stolen.
* A mailbox was reported stolen at 818 Rodney Vista Blvd.
* Theft was reported.
* Budget Inn, 1448 N. Kingshighway, reported linens stolen.
* Rhodes 101 Stop, 2109 William St., reported gasoline stolen.
* Forgery and fraudulent use of a credit device was reported at 2136 William St.
* A wallet was reported stolen at 435 N. Frederick St.
Miscellaneous
* A wallet was reported found in the unit block of North Main Street.
* Failure to maintain property free of litter and trash was reported.
* A 1988 gray Buick LeSabre was towed at 19 S. Kingshighway.
* A 14-year-old girl was reported as a runaway.
* Interference with custody was reported.
* Harassment by phone was reported.
* A 13-year-old boy was reported as a runaway.
* A purse was reported found at Delwin Street and Lynwood Drive.
* Tampering with a victim was reported.
* Counterfeiting was reported.
