The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Jordan Pinkerton, 16, 316 East Lane, was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle in a reckless manner and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.

* Clayton Leming, 18, 1801 Mulberry St., was arrested on suspicion of disturbing the peace.

* Michael J. Abernathy, 19, 137 South Lane, was arrested on suspicion of disturbing the peace.

Summonses

* Leah B. McCoy, 29, 324 Broadridge Drive, received two summonses for a peace disturbance.

* Lindsey M. McCoy, 29, 324 Broadridge Drive, received two summones for a peace disturbance.

* Samuel L. Preastly, 35, 630 Broadridge Drive, received two summonses for a peace disturbance.

Assault

* An assault was reported in the 2500 block of Prairie View Trail.

Thefts

* A theft was reported in the 1400 block of Donna Lynn Drive.

* A theft was reported in the 1900 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* A theft was reported in the 3100 block of Old Cape Road.

* A theft was reported in the 1100 block of Lakewood Drive.

* A theft was reported in the 500 block of Eastview Court.

* A burglary was reported in the 1500 block of Old Cape Road.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 1300 block of North Farmington Road.

Miscellaneous

* A fight in progress was reported in the 100 block of Donald Street.

* A 15-year-old boy was referred to juvenile court for stealing.
