The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Dallas L. Proffer, 24, of Millersville was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and failure to maintain a single lane.

Arrest

* Zachary J. Carpenter, 21, 320 Morgan St., was arrested on suspicion of hindering an investigation.

Summonses

* April Austin, 31, of Cape Girardeau was issued summonses for failure to maintain insurance and speeding.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 600 block of West Main Street.

Theft

* Theft was reported in the 200 block of Florence Street.

Miscellaneous

* An assist was requested in the 700 block of Old Cape Road.

* An assist was requested in the 1300 block of Bel Air Drive.

* An assist was requested in the 700 block of Old Cape Road.

* An assist was requested in the 1500 block of Mulberry Street.

* An assist was requested in the 900 block of Odus Drive.

* A request to keep the peace was made in the area of Emma Street.

* A weapons violation was reported in the 900 block of Odus Street.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the area of City Park.

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 2400 block of Travelers Way.

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 1400 block of Oak Street.

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 1400 block of Orchard Drive.

* A fight in progress was reported in the 500 block of Michael Anna Street.
