The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do no imply guilt.
* Jonathan R. Ayers, 31, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle while operator's license revoked and speeding.
* Lindsey R. Moore, 21, 724 E. Main St., rear, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear on a show-cause order for failure to pay fine and costs.
* Sean M. Labrot, 23, 406 East Lane, No. 3, was arrested on a Poplar Bluff, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for possession of drug paraphernalia and affray.
* Billy J. Mikoliza, 17, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
* David L. Rhoda, 25, of Chaffee, Mo., was issued summonses for failure to register a motor vehicle and speed.
* Steven J. Pettigrew, 55, 713 Oak St., Apt. 13, was issued a summons for affray.
* Kenneth E. Labrot, 26, of Scott City was issued a summons for affray.
* Tyler M. Wilson, 18, of Altenburg, Mo., was issued a summons for failure to drive within a single lane.
* Theft was reported in the 400 block of White Oak Street.
* Burglary was reported in the 700 block of Oak Street.
* Assault was reported in the 700 block of Oak Street.
* Domestic disturbance was reported in the 600 block of Odus Drive.
* Check the welfare was requested in the area of Elm and Oak streets.
* An assist was requested in the 1700 block of West Jackson Boulevard.
* An assist was requested in the 1900 block of Lee Avenue.
