The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Dustin R. Hamilton, 18, 234 Elwanda Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to maintain a single lane and speeding.

Arrests

* Kelly G. Overy, 30, of Oak Ridge was arrested on a Festus, Mo., warrant.

* Kenneth E. Brown, 44, of Oak Ridge was arrested on suspicion of a peace disturbance and fireworks violation.

* Jeffery D. Stroupe, 44, 838 Independence St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

Summonses

* Lisa R. Shores, 30, 607 Greensferry Road, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Gloria J.W. Cook, 29, of Arbyrd, Mo., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Christian Brown, 17, 1460 County Road 468, was issued a summons for a stop sign violation.

* Brandon R. Simpher, 17, 2302 Whitney Jean Drive, was issued a summons for a stop sign violation.

Assault

* An assault was reported in the 1000 block of Hannah Street.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 700 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Miscellaneous

* An assist was requested in the 300 block of South Georgia Street.

* Check the welfare was requested in the area of West Independence Street and North Farmington Road.

* Check the welfare was requested in the area of Kies Avenue and Old Cape Road.

* A court order violation was reported in the 200 block of Morgan Street.

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 800 block of East Independence Street.

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 200 block of South Union Avenue.

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 2090 block of Old Toll Road.
