The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI
* Amber D. Schlitt, 25, of 720 N. Farmington Road, was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and following a vehicle too closely causing a motor vehicle accident.
Summons

* Stetson L. Smith, 17, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to maintain a single lane.
Burglary
* Burglary was reported in the 1100 block of West Main Street.
Miscellaneous
