Jackson police report 9/23/12

JACKSON

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Brandon M. Kellum, 19, of New Madrid, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of third-degree domestic assault.

* Travis C. Rhodes, 17, 638 Broadridge Drive, was arrested on suspicion of possession of less than 35 grams of marijuana.

* Two 16-year-old boys were cited into juvenile court on suspicion of possession of less than 35 grams of marijuana.

* A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of possession of less than 35 grams of marijuana.

* A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of assault.

* Christina J. Benavente, 19, 610 Odus Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked.

* Nicole D. Phillips, 30, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked, displaying plates of another and following another vehicle too closely.

* A 16-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of possession of less than 35 grams of marijuana.

* Zachary A. Payne, 18, 1435 Rolling Fields Drive, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

* Timothy A. Warner, 18, 713 Oak St., No. 10, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

* Christina A. Steffens, 44, 30269 McDaniel School Road, Tamms, Ill., was arrested on the charges of driving while suspended and driving while intoxicated.

* A 9-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court as a runaway.

Summonses

* Erin E. Newsom, 34, of Jackson was issued a summons for harassment and property damage.

* Thomas E. Jackson, 17, 431 Horseshoe Lake Road, was issued a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Thefts

* Theft was reported in the 300 block of East Lane.

* Theft was reported in the 100 block West Main Street.

* Theft was reported in the 1000 block of Nancy Drive.

* Theft was reported in the 400 block of East Lane.

* Theft was reported in the 900 block of Lake Street.

* Theft was reported in the 1400 block of Primrose Lane.

* Theft was reported in the 1900 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* Theft was reported in the 1000 block of Roal Drive.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 2400 block of Stotler Way.

* Property damage was reported in the 2300 block of Stotler Way.

Miscellaneous

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 200 block of West Main Street.

* A court order violation was reported in the 700 block of Odus Drive.
