Summonses

* Hannah K. Mangles, 19, 708 County Road 469, was issued a summons for failure to maintain insurance.

* Mary F. Steel, 53, 217 Elmwood Blvd., was issued a summons for driving while suspended, failure to maintain insurance and speeding.

Theft

* Theft was reported in the area of Jefferson Street.

Miscellaneous

* A court-order violation was reported in the 1400 block of Hillview Lane.

* A court-order violation was reported in the 4300 block of Garrett Lane.

* Harassment was reported in the area of Jefferson Street.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the area of East Adams Street.

* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 700 block of West Jackson Boulevard.
