DWI Larry Edward Scaggs Jr., no age given, 35 Virginia St., McClure, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated following a vehicle accident at Morgan Oak and Spanish.

Michael Andrew Unterreiner, 50, of 1003 Highway J, Perryville, Mo., was arrested Friday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests Jonathan Johnson, 43, 547 S. Frederick, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear on a charge of driving while intoxicated.

Jeremy William Burgess, 22, 112 Capshaw, Chaffee, Mo., was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for driving under suspension.

Jason Chad Owens, 31, 2115 Montgomery, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

Thomas Leo Litsey, 43, of 1305 N. Main, Springfield, Mo., was arrested Friday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

Trevor Joseph Todt, 19, of 344 N. Mary, Benton, Mo., was arrested Friday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.

Summons Archie Charles Maglone, 78, of 1223 S. Pacific, Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons Friday for careless and imprudent driving.

Thefts Gasoline was reported stolen Thursday from Rhodes 101, 2109 William.

A men's black and green bicycle was reported stolen from 135 S. Spanish.

A car adapter and monocular were reported stolen Thursday from 1212 Good Hope.

A purse and its contents were reported stolen Thursday from 2136 William after a vehicle window was broken.

A purse and its contents were reported stolen from 2136 William.

A Sony CD player and CDs were reported stolen Friday from 27 N. Ellis.

A CD player and face plate cover was reported stolen Friday from 906 S. Benton.

A cell phone, butane lighters, pens and key rings were reported stolen Friday from Kelley Transportation Co. at 906 S. Benton.

A CD player was reported stolen Friday from a vehicle at 815 Broadway.

Cash was reported stolen Friday at 2852 Independence.

A seat and speaker were reported damaged and a CD player reported stolen at 806 Themis.

Furniture was reported stolen Saturday from 301 S. Broadview.

A white and maroon 1992 Buick Riviera was reported stolen Friday at 1205 Big Bend Road.

A purse and its contents were reported stolen Friday from 1608 Perryville.

Two camera disks were reported stolen Friday from 552 Woodbine.

Burglary

Patrick Furniture, 1140 N. Kingshighway, reported a second-degree burglary Friday.Property damage

Jackson

The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests Patrick Q. Settlemyer, 31, 1305 S. Farmington Road, Jackson, was arrested April 12 on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear on a peace disturbance charge.

Parrish T. Stroder, 40, 1418 Woodland Drive, Poplar Bluff, was arrested April 13 on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear on traffic charges.

Travis W. Stevens, 20, 702 Mulberry St., Fredericktown, Mo., was arrested on a Jackson warrant April 14 for failure to appear on traffic charges and on a Herculaneum warrant for failure to appear on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Summonses Benjamin J. Egan, 19, 165 Rutherford Drive, Jackson, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

Lisa A. Bareiter, 36, 2240 Mastodon Drive, Imperial, Mo., was issued a summons for driving under revocation April 15.

Property damage

Property damage was reported April 13 in the 900 block of West Independence and to a mailbox in the 3100 block of East Jackson.

Property damage was reported April 14 in the 200 block of North High Street.

Thefts

A cell phone was reported stolen April 15 in the 300 block of Missouri Street.

Gasoline was reported stolen from Kidd's at 304 E. Jackson April 15.
