Mark A. Musselman, 19, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested Friday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a probation violation.Theft

D-Mart, 3276 William, reported gasoline stolen Friday.

Huck's, 353 S. Kingshighway, reported gasoline stolen Friday.

Wink's convenience store, 2021 Perryville Road, reported beer stolen Friday.

A wallet was reported taken Friday in the Cape Girardeau area.

Robbery

A robbery was reported Friday at Mr. Ed's Trading Post, 625 Broadway. A subject was taken into custody pending filing of formal char-ges. A CD player was allegedly taken in the incident.

Burglary

Cash was reported taken as part of a robbery Friday at the 100 block of Lorimier.

Summons

Julie B. Bement, 45, 3109 Themis, Apt. 2, was issued a summons Friday for harassment by phone.Assault

Domestic assault was reported Friday.

An assault was reported Friday at the 300 block of South Ellis.

An assault was reported Friday at the 600 block of Commercial.

Property Damage

The city of Cape Girardeau reported damage to jail property at 40 S. Sprigg.

Miscellaneous

A male, 53, was taken into protective custody Friday.

Forgery was reported Friday. No address was given.
