Cape Girardeau: Arrests; Summonses; Assault; Thefts; Property damage; Jackson: Arrest; Property damage; Miscellaneous; Theft

Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Joshua J. Kelly, 24, 919 East Rodney Drive, was arrested on suspicion of assault and domestic assault.

* Lantonio T. Jones, 26, 2848 Independence St., Apt. 19, was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked, failure to display plates and no insurance.

* James Lemonds, 54, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., was arrested on a Poplar Bluff warrant for failure to appear.

* Steven D. Carroll, 17, 3026 Mimosa Drive, Apt. 13, was arrested on a Festus, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for speeding.

* Ricky L. Robinson, 32, 416 North St., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for improper registration and failure to show proof of insurance.

* Steven L. Williams, 31, 911 Ranney Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for peace disturbance and a Cape Girardeau County warrant for unlawful use of a weapon.

Summonses

* Lionel L. Dixon, 25, 315 Merriwether St., was issued summons for prohibited acts, noise.

* Stuart L. Swift, 20, 3501 Nicole St., was issued a summons for indecent exposure.

Assault

* An assault was reported. A 16-year-old boy was placed in custody, and Timothy R. Bbrown, 18, 8 Village Drive, was arrested in connection with the incident.

Thefts

* Kmart, 11 S. Kingshighway, reported a theft of an MP3 player. Two 15-year-old girls were placed in custody in connection with the incident.

* A cell phone was reported stolen at 25 Doctors' Park, and a PlayStation memory card and a box cutter were reported stolen at 11 S. Kingshighway. Curtis P. Williams, 17, 7 Village Drive, Apt. 3, was arrested in connection with the incidents.

* A subject is in custody pending charges for domestic assault, assault and ex parte order violation.

* A GPS unit was reported stolen at 221 William St.

* Dockside Furniture, 5 N. Main St., Riverfront Antiques, 17 N. Main St., and Pastime Antiques, 45 N. Main St., reported thefts of jewelry. James K. Gregg, 22, 2435 Windy Hill Lane, Taylor R. Jones, 18, 45 N. Benton St., and Nastassia M. Todd, 17, 303 S. Hanover St., were arrested in connection with the incidents.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported at 52 N. Pindwood Lane. Glenn B. Terry, 46, 52 N. Pindwood Lane, was issued a summons in connection with the incident.

* A window was reported damaged at 120 Warson St.

Jackson

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrest

* Raymond L. Pulliam Jr., 22, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported on Optimist Hill Drive.

Miscellaneous

* Harassment was reported in the 1200 block of Woodland Drive.

Southeast Missouri State University

The Southeast Missouri State University Department of Public Safety released the following item.

Theft

* Cash was reported stolen in the 900 block of North Sprigg Street.
