The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Tiffany R. Gray, 29, 510 N. Fountain St., was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon.

* A subject was in custody pending filing of formal charges for assault.

* Tiara J. Benton, 21, 1806 William St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear on a stealing charge.

Summonses

* James M. Dalton, 24, 1025 Good Hope St., received a summons for maintaining a disorderly house.

* Dora D. Bomar, 5172 Highway 25, received a summons for failure to yield.

Assault

* An assault was reported.

Thefts

* Saint Francis Medical Center, 211 St. Francis Drive, reported a theft of plants.

* A theft of cash was reported at 50 Green Acres Drive. A 15-year-old girl was taken into custody in connection with the complaint.

Property damage

* Miracle Supply, 101 N. Kingshighway, reported damage to a vehicle windshield.

Miscellaneous

* Harassment was reported.

* A 48-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Michael S. Stacy, 19, 819 Bella Vista Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle while suspended and failure to have a tow with lighted tail lamps.

Arrests

* Alexandra P. Henshaw, 17, 1148 Trail Ridge Drive, was arrested on suspicion of marijuana possession.

* Marvin D. Pillow, 18, 620 W. Main St., Apt. 4, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault and driving while suspended.

Assault

* An assault was reported in the 1600 block of West Independence Street.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 4000 block of Bainbridge Road.

Miscellaneous

* A domestic dispute was reported in the 1800 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* A domestic dispute was reported in the 900 block of Priest Street.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 900 block of West Independence Street.

* A peace disturbance was reported at Henderson and Oak streets.

* Harassment was reported in the 1000 block of Shady Lane.

* Check fraud was reported in the 1500 block of Old Cape Road.

* David P. Rains, 28, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Charles E. Clark, 27, Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for stealing.

* Jonathon D. Boyer, 19, Cape Girardeau was arrested on a St. Francois County warrant for passing a bad check.

* Aleeia P. Caldwell, 40, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for passing a bad check.

* Kevin T. White, 17, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of possession of liquor by a minor.

* Dalton K. Cochran, 17, of Fruitland was arrested on suspicion of driving while suspended.

* Zachary J. Durham, 18, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for possession of liquor by a minor and domestic assault.

* Nora L. Washington, 19, of Dorsey, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for possession of liquor by a minor.

* Edward R. Roberts, 23, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Cynthia A. Jones, 35, of Friedheim, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for driving while revoked and failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Ryan W. Glover, 27, of Jackson was arrested on a three Wayne County warrants for failure to appear for driving while revoked.

Southeast Missouri State University

The Southeast Missouri State University Department of Public Safety released the following items.

Theft

* Stealing less than $500 was reported in Area 3-9. Curtis P. Williams, 7 Village on the Green, Apt. 3, received a summons in connection with the complaint.
