* Rachel R. Russell, 30, 509 Bellevue St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
* Levan M. Johnson, 34, 3121 Wisteria Drive, was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated.
* Tammy L. Humphrey, 41, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for fraudulent attempt to obtain a controlled substance.
* Joshua A. Cowsert, 19, 2501 Tulip Lane, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.
* Kayla C. Marlow, 23, of St. Clair, Mo., was arrested on a Miner, Mo., warrant for failure to appear.
* Luke T. Bible, 44, homeless, was issued a summons for prohibited acts, noise.
* Krystal M. Enderle, 21, 3023 Aspen Drive, Apt. 9, was issued a summons for noise disturbance.
* An assault was reported. A 5-year-old boy was placed in custody in connection with the incident.
* A cell phone was reported stolen at 32 N. Main St.
* A Missouri license plate was reported stolen at Siemers Drive and Route K.
* A theft was reported.
* Renaissance, 139 N. Main St., reported a theft. A 16-year-old girl was placed in custody in connection with the incident.
* Schnucks, 19 S. Kings­highway, reported a theft of liquor.
* A PlayStation and DVDs were reported stolen at 724 Broadway.
* Hollister, 134 West Park Mall, reported a theft of cologne.
* Bi-State Southern, 3276 William St., reported a theft of fuel.
* A firearm, training collar and sunglasses were reported stolen at 1728 Pemiscot St.
* A DVD player, cell phone charger and transmitter were reported stolen at 1714 Pemiscot St.
* A stereo faceplate was reported stolen at 1116 Landgraf St.
* A debit card was reported stolen at 818 Sycamore St.
* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported a theft of fuel.
* A scooter was reported stolen at 105 N. Clark Ave.
* A door was reported damaged at 3001 Mimosa Drive.
* A burglary was reported at 930 Bloomfield St. Money was reported stolen.
* A burglary was reported at 650 S. Henderson Ave. Shoes were reported stolen.
* A vehicle mirror was reported damaged at 1816 William St.
* Double-pane glass and windows were reported damaged at 2022 Allen St.
* A 31-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
* Arson was reported.

* Howard G. Fore, 58, of Denver was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked, failure to register motor vehicle, displaying the plates of another, receiving stolen property and failure to maintain financial responsibility.
* Lacey D. Hinkle, 21, 721 Wedge Lane, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for making a false report.
* A burglary was reported in the 600 block of Brown Street.
* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 900 block of West Independence Street.
* A domestic disturbance was reported in the Cascade Drive.
* A peace disturbance in the 1200 block of Brandom Street.
