The following items were released Friday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

Alfred L. Jasper, 30, 86 E. Haven St., Caruthersville, Mo., was arrested on city warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay traffic fines.

Debroskie Lavell Dilworth, 32, 134 S. Lorimier St., was arrested on suspicion of aggravated sexual assault.

Sharon Faye Lester, 30, 706 S. Benton St., was arrested on a city warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fines.

Johnny Ray Wyatt Jr., 30, 228 Albert Drive, Scott City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated and speeding.

Robert Wayne Hale, 40, 3269 County Road 307, Advance, Mo., was arrested on a city warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fines.

Raymond Samuel Henson, 25, 26023 County Road 317, Advance, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing following a report of a theft from Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

Thefts

Checks were reported stolen and forged from 827 Jefferson St.

Money was reported stolen from 317 S. Hanover St.

Property damage

A front door and doorknob were reported damaged at 6 N. Pacific St.

Miscellaneous

Three instances of forged checks were reported at 3439 William St.

A burglary was reported at 512 Alta Vista Drive.

A white 1986 Buick Century was reported abandoned at 218 S. West End Blvd.

A men's red 26-inch Schwinn bicycle was reported found at 102 N. Main St.

A juvenile was cited into juvenile court for assault.

A purple Huffy "Stone Mountain" mountain bike was reported found at 40 S. Sprigg St.

Arrests

Jack Burton, 68, 1010 W. 44th St., Wichita, Kan., was arrested on a city warrant for failure to appear.

A 13-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for attempting to distribute a controlled substance at school, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

A 10-year-old boy was cited into juvenile curt for theft of money.

Summonses

Louise Jones, 38, 303 E. Washington St., Apt. A, Jackson, was issued a summons for improper registration and driving while suspended.

David Sloan, 17, 211 S. Bast St., Jackson, was issued a summons for careless and imprudent driving.

Theft

Thefts were reported in the 100 block of Sunset Lane and the 500 block of South Hope Street.

Cape Girardeau County Sheriff

The following items were released Friday by the Cape Girardeau County Sheriff. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

Andrew J. Perry, 24, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Tyler J. Clark, 18, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Michael R. Dreher, 22, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

Gary L. Lunsford, 54, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for domestic assault.

Jeffrey V. Mirgeaux, 44, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for violating an order of protection.

Eric W. McIntyre, 25, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for domestic assault.

Morgan L. Umfleet, 20, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for passing bad checks and failure to appear on original charges of possession of a controlled substance and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

Summonses

Denise C. Fisher, 32, of Jackson was issued a summons for driving while revoked.

Robert S. Burden, 27, of Chaffee, Mo., was issued a summons for driving while revoked.
