The following items were released Monday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Susan J. Bevington, 45, 2751 HawthorneRoad, was arrested for driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Logan D. Kirby, 24, of Festus, Mo., was arrested on a Jefferson County warrant for failing to appear for driving while suspended.

* Amy L. Markowitz, 36, of Ellisville, Mo., was arrested on a St. Louis County warrant for persistent animal abuse.

* Don S. Moore, 40, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation. He also was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failing to appear for driving while revoked.

* Suvonda L. Richardson, 18, 127 S. Lorimier St., Apt. 5, was arrested on a municipal warrant for contempt of court for failing to pay fines for speeding.

* Ricky Scott, 22, 804 S. Pacific St., was arrested on Cape Girardeau County warrants for failure to appear and probation violation.

Summonses

* Heather M. Cowsert, 21, 373 N. Henderson Ave., Apt. 26, was issued a summons for prohibited acts.

* Rhonda Sue Quintana, 35, no address given, was issued a summons for failure to pay water, trash and sewer.

Burglary

* A television was reported stolen at 515 Cape MeadowsCircle, as part of a burglary.

Theft

* J.C. Penney, 200 West Park Mall, reported clothing stolen. A 15-year-old juvenile was cited into juvenile court.

* Tools were reported stolen at Frederick and Independence streets.

* Ameri-Mart, 865 N. Kingshighway, reported gasoline stolen.

* Money was reported stolen at 515 Cape Meadows Circle.

* A purse and its contents were reported stolen at 341 S. Sprigg St.

* A black metal cage and lawn mower motor were reported stolen from 1305 Broadway.

* Cash was reported stolen from Hanger Prosthetics/Orthotics, 3065 William St.

Property damage

* A vehicle and a front door were reported damaged at 515 Cape Meadows Circle.

Miscellaneous

* Harassing phone calls were reported.

* A domestic assault was reported.

* Impersonating a police officer was reported.

* A dog bite was reported.

* Interference with child custody was reported.

* Endangering the welfare of a child was reported.

* Two instances of forgery were reported at 612 S. Sprigg St.

* A 1986 gray Oldsmobile Cutlass was reported abandoned in the 900 block of Ranney Ave.
