* Joshua J. Hathaway, 824 Bellevue St., Apt. 1, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and driving without a valid license.
Arrests
* Ronisha B. Howard, 24, of St. Louis, was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear.
* Lori J. James, 28, of 223 S. Lorimier St., was arrested on suspicion of sale of liquor to a minor.
* Andrew J. Reheisse, 21, 304 N. Ninth St., DeSoto, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of failure to maintain property free of litter.
* Karnett K. Redmond, 17, 419 S. Pacific St., was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon.
* A suspect was in custody pending filing of formal charges for driving while revoked and illegal possession of a firearm.
* Two suspects were in custody pending filing of formal charges for possession of drugs with intent to distribute.
* A suspect was in custody pending filing of formal charges for resisting arrest and possession of a defaced firearm.
Summonses
* Micaela Lynn Kassinger, 24, 1872 Marietta St., was issued a summons for a barking dog.
* Richard Andruseiko, 54, of Jackson was issued a summons for assault and trespassing. In the same incident, a 15-year-old was cited into juvenile court for trespassing.
* Geronimo Gene Hogan, 24, 518 S. Ellis St., was issued a summons for property damage.
* Amy Dawn Parsons, 24, 703 S. Third St., Chaffee, Mo., was issued a summons for animal neglect.
* Margaret Ann McCaig, 20, 3275 Hopper Road, was issued a summons for a leash law violation.
* Mitchell A. Bryant, of Chaffee, Mo., was issued a summons for striking a stopped vehicle.
Assaults
* Two incidents of assault were reported.
* Domestic assault was reported.
Thefts
* Checks were reported stolen at 601 North St.

* A Missouri license plate, 098-CJS, was reported stolen at 1287 Independence St.

* A light pole was reported damaged at 2009 Evergreen Drive.
* Windows were reported damaged at R&S Auto Sales, 1287 Independence St.
Miscellaneous
* A telephone was found at 411 S. Frederick St.
* A suitcase containing clothing and food was found in the 800 block of Minnesota Avenue.
