Cape Girardeau

The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Douglas D. Quebedeaux, 44, of 2844 Lear Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, no operator's license, no insurance and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.

Arrests

* Ciara M. Dejesus, 18, of Hannibal, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of forgery.

* Sherma S. Wilks, 38, of 3916 Hopper Road, was arrested on suspicion of stealing and forgery.

* Quinton B. Gray, 25, of Waltonville, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.

* Manuel H. O'Neal, 34, of Coffeyville, Kan., was arrested on Jackson County warrants for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated and failure to drive within a single lane.

Summons

* Jason C. Pruitt, 32, of 320 N. Fountain St., received a summons for failure to maintain property free of high weeds.

Assault

* A domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

* Thirteen instances of identity theft, all involving the same victim, were reported.

* Eight instances of fraudulent use of a debit device, all involving the same victim, were reported.

* A theft of gasoline was reported at 1126 N. Sprigg St.

* Stolen license plates were reported recovered at 531 Boxwood Drive.

* Cash and jewelry were reported stolen from three victims at 2524 S. Sprigg St.

* A 1987 Honda Accord was reported stolen at 1211 S. Sprigg St.

* A bicycle was reported stolen at 710 Broadway.

* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported the theft of gasoline.

Miscellaneous

* Trespassing was reported.

* A peace disturbance was reported.

* Heather J. Mouser, 30, of Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.

* Kelly M. Seabaugh, 27, of 1011 Highland Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, resisting arrest and assaulting a law enforcement officer.

* Tracey R. Wicker, 35, of 957 W. Independence St., Lot 32, was arrested on a Scott County warrant for probation violation.

* Dustin R. Martin, 26, of Scott City, received a summons for failure to stop for a stop sign.

* Roger D. McNeeley, 49, of 210 N. Lake Drive in Cape Girardeau, received a summons for careless and imprudent driving.
