The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Timothy R. Lunsford, 23, of 2819 Whitener St., Apt. A2, received a summons for driving while intoxicated and careless and imprudent driving.

Arrests

* Steven M. Johnson, 27, of 1927 N. Kingshighway was arrested on a warrant.

* Justin D. Schott, 18, of 729 Independence St., Apt. D, was arrested on a Union County, Ill., warrant for failure to appear and was also arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to stop at a red light.

* Travis T. Cox, 26, of 925 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Ste. Genevieve County warrant for failure to appear.

Summonses

* Mitchell Goodwin of 4 Village Drive received a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Tamesha Jefferson, 1020 Sturdivant Ave., received a summons for peace disturbance and fighting in public.

* Evelyn Harris, 219 S. Pacific St., received a summons for peace disturbance and fighting in public.

* Glen Taylor, 1149 S. Sprigg St., received a summons for a fireworks violation.

Assaults

* A domestic assault was reported at 901 Fort St.

* A domestic assault was reported at 233 N. Lorimier St.

* A domestic assault was reported at 110 N. Park St.

* An assault and peace disturbance was reported at 15 N. Main St.

Thefts

* General Sign Co., 4857 County Road 218, reported a theft and fraud.

* Car stereo equipment was reported stolen at 4 Village Drive.

* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported a theft.

* Hobby Lobby, 207 S. Kingshighway, reported the theft of scrapbook stickers. Cassandra M. Dillow, 18, of Scott City received a summons in connection with the complaint.

* BP D-Mart, 3276 William St., reported a theft of gasoline.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported at 11 S. Kingshighway.

* Cape La Croix Apartments, 3102 Lexington Ave., reported damage to the parking lot.

* Car paint damage was reported at 1625 N. Kingshighway.

Miscellaneous

* Interference with custody was reported at 40 S. Sprigg St.

* Harassment was reported at 41 S. Sprigg St.

* A Roadmaster bicycle was found in the 1200 block of William Street.
