Pingel-Bandermann

Dale and Rene Pingel of Cape Girardeau announce the engagement of their daughter, Whitney Blair Pingel, to Ryan Jacob Bandermann. He is the son of Rick and Pam Bandermann of Cape Girardeau.

Pingel is a 2003 graduate of Central High school. She expects to receive a bachelor's degree in early childhood and elementary education from the University of Missouri-Columbia in May. She will be an elementary teacher with Jackson School District this fall.

Bandermann is a 2001 graduate of Woodland High School. He received a bachelor's degree in health science from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2006, and expects to receive a master's degree in physical therapy from the university in May. He will be a physical therapist with MidAmerica Rehab.

A June 23 wedding is planned at Lynwood Baptist Church.
