Weiss-Cook

Janice Weiss of Bismarck, Mo., and Harold and Annadora Weiss of Doe Run, Mo., announce the engagement of their daughter, Marisa Weiss, to Andrew Cook. He is the son of Michael and Nancy Cook of Burfordville.

Weiss is a 1996 graduate of Bismarck High School. She is a replenisher at Buchheit Inc. at Biehle, Mo.

Cook is a 1996 graduate of Jackson High School, and a 2002 graduate of Southeast Missouri State University. He is a planning inspector with city of Jackson.

An Oct. 2 wedding is planned on the Cook farm.
