The seventh annual All-American Wifflefest is scheduled for 9 a.m. Saturday at the Martin Tree Farm outside Gordonville. Wifflefest is an all-day, coed, double-elimination wiffleball tournament to raise funds for Reese's Rainbow, an international adoption agency for children with Down syndrome. Cape Nazerene Church holding pie sale
Cape Nazerene Church has begun its annual homemade pie sale to benefit local and international missions. Pies are made at the church by hand and can be frozen for up to a year. Antique car and tractor show to raise funds

Miss Jackson Pageant to be in November
The Miss Jackson Pageant is scheduled for 7 p.m. Nov. 17 at the Jackson High School auditorium. The age divisions are: Tiny Miss, ages 3 to 4; Little Miss, ages 5 to 8; Miss Preteen, ages 9 to 12; Miss Outstanding teen, ages 13 to 16; Scholarship, ages 17 to 24. The winner of the Miss Jackson Pageant will represent Jackson at the Miss Missouri Pageant. Winners and runners up at each level are awarded additional scholarships.
