"Don't be more organized than you need to be, but don't be any less either," she suggests in her opening.

Felton offers readers tips on how to make consistent changes.

"A small part of our time needs to be spent organizing the stage the stage for the play we call our lives. How well you do this will determine whether you will become a woman of good intentions or a woman of influence," she writes.
