POETRY CORNER: WHAT IS LOVE

Some would say now what is love?

Is it like the stars above?

In our day when love goes wrong,

will our love keep hanging on?

Is it like a raging storm,

or like a breeze soft and warm.

In case you ask is our love true,

I'll spell the meaning out for you.

"L" is for a long, long time

for a special love like yours and mine

"O" is for the ocean blue

the way I feel when I'm away from you

"V" is for the very best

love like ours will stand the test.

"E"" is 'like for evermore

till we are called to heaven's shore
