Arrests Terrvell K. Williams, 17, of 1456 N. Henderson, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for assault, resisting arrest, and a minor in possession of a controlled substance.

David Leon Dycus, 28, of 115 N. Fountain, Apt. 308, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on a city of Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and cost for improper registration.

Ovell Brown Jr., 24, of 433 S. Ellis, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on a city of Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for assault.

Summonses David L. Gaskins of 1027 N. Frederick, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Tuesday for no proof of insurance, following another vehicle too closely and failure to use a child restraint device.

Nicholas A. Risch of 1210 Jasper Lane, Washington, Mo., received a summons Tuesday for no proof of insurance and and failure to remain in a single lane.

Thefts Cash was reported stolen Tuesday at 45 S. West End Boulevard.

A license plate was reported stolen Tuesday at 318 Mill Street.

Gasoline was reported stolen Wednesday at Don's Store 24, 341 S. Sprigg.

A motor vehicle was reported stolen Wednesday in the 200 block of South Fountain.

A license plate was reported stolen Wednesday at 1222 N. Spanish.

An air compressor and air hose were reported stolen Wednesday at 730 Good Hope.

Gasoline was reported stolen Wednesday by Shell D Mart, 3415 William.

Property damage A vehicle was reported damaged Tuesday at Mount Auburn and Independence.

The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI Mary Ramsey, 30, of 303 Louisiana, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and speeding.

Arrest Billy J. Newell, 43, of 197 State Highway B, Millersville, Mo., was arrested Monday on suspicion of assault.

Summonses Christy M. Gribbs, 19, of 1204 E. Main, Jackson, received a summons Monday for failure to obey a stop light.

Kody N. Thompson, 17, of 2326 Litz Blvd., Jackson, received a summons Monday for driving while suspended.

Kathryn J. King, 52, of 757 Bunker, Jackson, received a summons Tuesday for improper parking.

Cynthia J. Fowler, 30, of 606 N. Georgia, Jackson, received a summons Tuesday for a dog at large.

Miscellaneous A peace disturbance was reported Monday at 2094 Old Toll Road.

A license plate was reported stolen Monday at 131 S. High St.

Telephone harassment was reported Tuesday in the 400 block of Oak Hill Road.

A theft from a building site was reported Tuesday on Stotler Way.

A request to keep the peace was made Tuesday in the 1300 block of North Farmington Road.

An assault was reported Tuesday in the 700 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

A request was made to check the well being of a person on the 600 block of West Main.

A request was made to check the well being of a person on the 400 block of North Neal Street.
