The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
A 17-year-old male was taken into custody Friday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance. Formal charges have not yet been filed.
Sheila A. Saffel, 40, of 646 S. Spring, Apt. H, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Friday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear in court for a suspended license.
Michael Lee Chambers, 21, of 1927 N. Kingshighway, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Saturday on a charge of failure to appear in court.
Jeremy David Crocker, 23, of 508 Cape Meadows, Apt. 35, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Saturday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for bad checks.
Adrian Marcellus Driver, 37, of 508 Cape Meadows, Apt. 27, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Saturday on a Mississippi County warrant for nonsupport.
Eugene Junior Haley, 25, of 412 S. Ellis St., Cape Girardeau, was arrested Saturday on a Sikeston, Mo., warrant for contempt of court and a Jefferson City, Mo., probation and parole warrant for absconding.
Summonses
Joshua A. Deneke, 21, of Whitewater was issued a summons Friday at Water and Themis streets for indecent exposure. Kenneth W. Nimmo, 23, of 45 S. West End Blvd., No. 205, Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons Friday for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.
Horace T. Hodges, 19, and Andrew C. Tansil, 19, both of 257 N. Park St., Cape Girardeau, were issued summonses Saturday for a disorderly house.
Yashuica Lafawn Smith, 28, of 319 S. Hanover, Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons Saturday for failure to maintain property free of litter.
Melissa H. Davis, 28, of 324 S. Hanover, Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons Saturday for failure to maintain property free of litter.
Assaults
An assault and trespassing were reported Friday at 2828 Themis St., Cape Girardeau. An assault was reported early Saturday.
A domestic assault was reported at 6:30 a.m. Saturday.
A domestic assault was reported at 9:45 a.m. Saturday.
Thefts
License plate tabs were reported stolen Saturday at 407 Cape Meadows, Cape Girardeau.
Theft of gasoline was reported Friday at Amoco D-Mart, 3276 William St., Cape Girardeau.
Theft of $27.60 worth of food was reported early Saturday at Denny's, 161 West St., Cape Girardeau.
Missouri license plate 577-LSL was reported stolen Saturday.
Shell D-Mart, 3415 William St., Cape Girardeau, reported the theft of gasoline Saturday.
A credit care was reported stolen Saturday at 19 N. Henderson, Cape Girardeau.Miscellaneous
A forgery was reported Friday at 3439 William St., Cape Girardeau.
A 48-year-old male was taken into protective custody Friday.
Misrepresentation of age by a minor to obtain liquor was reported Friday at Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., Cape Girardeau.
Harassment by phone was reported early Saturday.
