The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests Kenneth J. Nicholson Sr., 36, of 1408 College, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to return to confinement.

Shemiah L. Carter, 21, of 412 North St., Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of property damage, trespassing, fleeing lawful detention and no operator's license.

Jesse D. Wages, 18, of 2200 Perry County Road 620, Perryville, Mo., was arrested Sunday on suspicion of possession of alcohol by a minor and drug paraphernalia.

Howard E. Thilenius IV, 18, of 68, Northside, Perryville, Mo., was arrested Sunday on suspicion of possession of alcohol by a minor.

Ray S. Purl, 20, of 719 William, Apt. 6, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Friday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.

Jason R. Allman, 30, of 1969 Briarwood Drive, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Friday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

Francine M. Ford, 23, of 1933 Delwin, Apt. 1, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Friday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

Robert L. Criddle, 21, of 2833 Themis, Apt. 6, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Friday on suspicion of trafficking.

Richard S. Wren, 20, of 903 S. Sprigg, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Friday on suspicion of trafficking and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.

Denise R. Seabaugh, 24, of 1720 W. Jackson Blvd, Jackson, was arrested Sunday on a Jefferson County warrant for failure to appear.

James T. Brennan, 26, of 2235 Lorimier, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear.

Ericus S. Adams, 26, of 206 Old Cape Road, Apt. A, Jackson, was arrested Sunday on a cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

David S. Jenkins, 37, of 921 N. Middle, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on a New Madrid County warrant for non-support.

Michael H. Lee, 41, of 509 Bellevue, Apt. 4, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Monday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for domestic assault.

Assaults A 15-year-old female was cited to juvenile court Monday for assault.

Thefts CD players, speakers, amplifiers and CDs were reported stolen Monday to the Department of Public Safety from parking area 3 at Southeast Missouri State University.

A vehicle was reported damaged and a stereo, amplifier and speakers were reported stolen Sunday at 1507 Independence.

Jewelry and a key ring were reported stolen Sunday by Wal-Mart at 3439 William. Three juvenile females, aged 15 and 16, were cited to juvenile court in connection with the complaint.

Cash was reported stolen Monday by Cape Girardeau Public Schools at 2880 Hopper.

Burglary A cell phone was reported stolen in a burglary Sunday at 271 N. Lake.

Property Damage Signs were reported damaged Sunday at 321 N. Pacific.

Barricades were reported damaged Monday by Dutch Enterprises at North Street and North Ellis.

Miscellaneous Forgery was reported Sunday by Sam's Club at 232 Shirley Drive, Target at 202 Siemers, Hastings at 2136 William, Sears at 2102 William and K-Mart at 11 S. Kingshighway. Two suspects were placed in custody pending the filing of formal charges for forgery.

Harassment was reported Sunday at 211 St. Francis Drive.

A 12- and a 13-year old boy were cited to juvenile court Monday for peace disturbance.

DWI Ricky L. Tiehes, 46, of 153 Timber Lane, Jackson, was arrested Saturday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive in a single lane.

Darrell Welker, 29, of Route 2, Box 265, Patton, Mo., was arrested Sunday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive in a single lane.

Assault An assault was reported Friday in the 2200 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Property Damage Property damage was reported Saturday in the 800 block of Dallas Street.

Property damage was reported Sunday in the 300 block of South Farmington Road.

Property damage was reported Friday in the 200 block of Elwanda Drive.

Property damage was reported Saturday in the 900 block of West Main.

Property damage was reported Monday in the 500 block of E. Washington Street.

Miscellaneous A domestic dispute was reported Sunday in the 1500 block of Old Cape Road.

A peace disturbance was reported Saturday in the 700 block of Oak Street.

Trespassing was reported Saturday in the 500 block of West Washington Street.

Illegal dumping was reported Friday in the 600 block of West Washington Street.

Request to keep the peace Friday in the 600 block of Broadridge.

Theft was reported Friday in the 100 block of West Jackson Boulevard.
