The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

Joseph D. Bennett, 20, of 2704 Jewel Drive, Cape Girardeau, was arrested on a Dexter warrant for no insurance and improper registration.

Timothy Morris Sinn Jr., 26, of 827 S. Pacific, was arrested Friday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

Theft

A black and tan park bench was reported stolen from 1330 N. Sprigg, No. 8 Friday.

A radar detector was reported stolen from a damaged tractor-trailer unit Friday at 900 S. Kingshighway.

Two subjects are in custody pending charges for a theft at Famous Barr.

A cell phone was reported stolen Friday at 3049 William.

A compact disc player was reported stolen Saturday at 3825 Valley View.

A Sony car compact disc player was reported stolen Saturday from 1322 Ashland Hills Drive.

Compact discs were reported stolen and a Pioneer stereo and vehicle window was reported damaged Saturday at 1331 Ashland Hills Drive.

A purse and contents were reported stolen Saturday at Lowe's at 3439 William.

A 22-inch green and yellow lawn mower was reported stolen Saturday from 225 William.Summons

Robert G. Kunz, 19, of 1408 Lexington, No. 8, received a summons Friday for possession of alcohol by a minor and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Nicholas A. Yenzer, 19, of 1000 Towers North, received a summons Friday for possession of alcohol by a minor.

Christopher D. Wolfe, 22 and Shadrick W. Shafer, 22, received summonses Friday for a disorderly house at 2704 Jewel.

Jordann C. Sieben, 21, of 2704 Jewel, received a summons Saturday for failure to maintain property free of litter.

Johnnie L. Huber, 53, of 194 Huber Lane, Oak Ridge, received a summons Saturday for tampering and littering at 113 S. Henderson.

Ralph L. Smith, 40, of 1202 Rear S. Ellis, was issued a summons Saturday for open burning at the 700 block of N. Spanish.

A vehicle window was reported damaged Saturday at 1853 Rampart.

A 1994 red Nissan Altima was reported abandoned Friday at 829 N. West End.

A 1987 blue Ford Aerostar and a 1993 red Ford Escort were reported abandoned at 149 S. West End Friday.

A female runaway juvenile, age 16, was reported Friday.

An animal bite was reported Friday at 513 S. Ellis.

An American Express Credit Card was found Friday at 3415 William.

Concealment of contraband was reported Friday at 40 S. Sprigg.
