The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests Nicholas A. Miller, 23, of Valles Mines, Mo., was arrested April 27 on a St. Francois County warrant for passing bad checks.

Kenneth L. Jones, 41, of Cape Girardeau was arrested April 27, on suspicion of domestic assault.
Marcus T. Morgan, 22, of Cape Girardeau was arrested Wednesday on a Perry County warrant for failure to obey a judge's order.
Jason L. Kelley, 23, of O'Fallon, Mo., was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.
James M. Spieker, 29, of Jackson was arrested Thursday on suspicion of domestic assault.
