The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI Tony A. Preston Sr., 35, of 720 Jefferson, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Friday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and no proof of insurance.

Amie M. Helms, 22, of 2854 Whitener, Apt. B1, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Friday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and driving the wrong way down a one-way street.

Arrests Patricia A. Easton, 38, of 221 S. Spanish, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on suspicion of possession of crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia.

Michael T. Reeves, 22, of 1009 Bloomfield, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on suspicion of possession of crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia.

Kenneth Nicholson, 36, of 1607 Helen, St. Louis, was arrested Thursday on a charge of absconding from parole.

Andrew D. Troutt, 28, of 807 N. Sprigg, Apt. 9, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Friday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

Kay L. Reed, 34, of 1589 Bel Air, Apt. 11, Jackson, was arrested Friday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.

Thefts A toolbox, tools and miscellaneous items were reported stolen Thursday at 507 Cape Meadows.

A refrigerator was reported stolen Thursday at 2218 Good Hope.

Gasoline was reported stolen Thursday by Amoco D-Mart at 3276 William.

An identification card and Social Security card were reported lost or stolen Thursday at 3439 William.
