The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI Craig Allen Hale, 25, of 1401 Bessie, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and domestic assault.

Thomas D. Rafferty, 33, of 321 E. Commercial, Charleston, Mo., was arrested Monday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests Thomas Michael Nigro, 15, of 717 N. West End Blvd., Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of attempted robbery.

Mark Eugene Conmyer, 48, of 302 Fifth St. East, Scott City, was arrested Monday on suspicion of burglary.

James Mcauthur Betts, 38, of 1015 Bloomfield, Apt. 9, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Monday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.

Gary Lee Harris, 44, no current address, was arrested Monday on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Antwan Marcovicci Barnhill, 29, of 507 S. Ellis, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.

Justin Ellis King, 19, of 250 S. Union, Jackson, was arrested Sunday on Cape Girardeau county warrants for probation and parole violations.

Grace Marie Childress, 22, of 417 N. Mine Lamonte, Fredericktown, Mo., was arrested Sunday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to pay a fine.

Shundrick Lewis Daniels, 24, of 930 Second St., New Madrid, Mo., was arrested Sunday on suspicion of possession of marijuana.

Gladys Jean Sanders, 36, of 624 Boxwood, Apt. 5, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of possession of marijuana.

Antonio Marcus Dawson, 20, of 237 Watson, Sikeston, Mo., was arrested Monday on Sikeston warrants for probation and parole violations and tampering.

August G. Jones, 27, of 1927 N. Kingshighway, Apt. 20, was arrested Monday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for a suspended operator's license.

Thefts Gasoline was reported stolen Sunday from Shell D-Mart, 3415 William.

A wallet and contents were reported stolen Sunday at 105 Clark. A 15-year-old female was cited to juvenile court on the complaint.

Property damage A mailbox was reported damaged Monday at 2206 Kent.

Miscellaneous A suspect was placed in custody Sunday pending filing of formal charges on suspicion of failure to stop, fleeing lawful detention and possession of a controlled substance.

Counterfeiting was reported Monday at American Eagle Outfitters, 179 West Park Mall.
