The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI Matthew Tygett, 32, of 2010 Sara Cape received a summons Saturday for driving while intoxicated and making an improper turn.

A subject is in custody pending formal charges for driving while intoxicated at Morgan Oak and Ellis.

Arrests Frazier Boyd Bankhead, 36, of 1945 Delwin, No. 2, was arrested Friday on a Scott City and Mississippi County warrants for failure to appear.

Michael Paul Park, 20, of 1905 Bloomfield, was arrested Friday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.

Jeremy Meyer of 617 Sycamore, No. B, was arrested Saturday on a Scott City warrant for failure to appear.

Michael John Edmurdson, 28, of 631 16th St., Canyon, Texas was arrested Sunday on a warrant.

Summonses Dennis Milton, Jr., 39, of 45 S. West End Blvd. received a summons Friday of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Herschell Clark, Patrick Guiett, Paul Tiffany and John Baur, all of 815 B Bellevue, received summonses Saturday for disorderly house.

Thefts A fraudulent attempt to obtain a prescription was reported Saturday at 2001 Independence.

Gasoline was reported stolen Saturday at Amoco Dmart at 3276 William.

A vehicle was reported stolen Saturday at545 S. Spring.

A car battery was reported stolen Sunday from 1450 Goodhope.

Property damage A vehicle door was reported accidentally damaged Friday at 3026 William.

A 1999 GMC van was reported damaged Sunday at Shawnee Park.

Miscellaneous A 22-year-old male was placed in protective custody Saturday.
