Kaczmarek-Burroughs

ALTENBURG, Mo. -- Roger and Sheila Kaczmarek of Omaha, Neb., and Ken and Colleen Burroughs of Altenburg announce the engagement of their children, Karissa Ann Kaczmarek and Justin Kenneth Burroughs.

Kaczmarek is a 1995 graduate of Marian High School in Omaha. She is a graduate of Creighton University in Omaha, and received a doctor of pharmacy degree from the university's School of Pharmacy in 2001. She completed her pediatric residency at Children's Mercy Hospital in Kansas City in 2002. She is a pediatric clinical neurology pharmacist at Children's Hospital in St. Louis.

Burroughs is a 1995 graduate of Perryville High School. He received a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1999, and received a juris doctorate degree from the university's School of Law in 2002. He is employed with the law firm of Evans and Dixon in St. Louis.

A June 14 wedding is planned at St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church in Omaha.
